I've been training for about 45 years and just recently moved to silicon valley. I've got my own gym and I'm trying to use it after a couple years away from training. This means I am older and need to take advantage of things like ergonomics and cables. This bar is just right for curls from two angles and really helped with the elbow position when I try going a little bit heavier. It was not expensive and has a sturdy attachment that is unique but very well made.

Works well. Comfortable grip, good grip size & overall length. The nylon webbing accessory & d ring are better than expected. Solid enough for me and my setup.

I got this specifically for doing cable curls in my home gym. I had been using a straight bar and was noticing some stress in my wrists as I was moving up to heavier weights. I thought an angled grip might be better.
Most bars online were too long for curls. The short length on this bar was exactly what I was looking for. This has eliminated the wrist stress I was getting and now I can keep progressing.
