HOW TO USE:

• 1. Pinch: Find your hip bone then measure 1 inch above it. Gently pinch the skinfold between the thumb and index finger.
• 2. Squeeze: With the caliper in your right hand, place the jaws over your skinfold. Now with your thumb, press the caliper until it is tight on your skin.
• 3. Read: Read the measurement and then release the jaws of the caliper and record your measurement to the nearest millimeter. Refer to the male or female chart to determine your body fat percentage.
