NEHOO Cold therapy System

This pad is specially designed for NEHOO cold therapy system. If your machine is not NEHOO brand, please read the product description completely and ensure that your machine is compatible with this pad.

Connectors compatibility

We provide two types of connectors in the package. You could try which one is compatible with your original connector. If two types of our connectors are both incompatible, you have to remove your original connectors and use our new type of connectors that we provide one pair in the package.

Required hose

Our connectors are suitable for 1/4 inch Inner Diameter Hoses, make sure that the inside diameter of your hose is about 1/4 inch. Please DO NOT order this pad if you are unable to replace the connectors.

This item includes three types of connectors. Please try them one by one to see which type is compatible with your original connector, then Install it on the pad. If all of them is incompatible with your original connector, then you have to replace your old connector with our dual connectors in the package to make the pad work. Please watch the demonstration video.
If your unit is from a different brand and the connectors are obviously different, you may have to replace your old connectors. If the old connectors with your old pad are still available, you could also use them to ron the new pad. Please DO NOT order this item if you are unable to replace connectors.
The material of main part is flexible, clear and soft polyether TPU, the material on the back is insulating sponge cloth.
In the quick connectors, there are inner stopper which will prevent leaking when disconnected.
Please DO NOT order this item if your connectors with the unit are different and you are unable to replace connectors. To avoid wasting time on returns, we suggest that you could contact us first if you are unsure about the compatible or other issues.
