I had high expectations for this power rack, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
First, the rack arrived in a completely different color than shown in the product images. The listing displays a yellow rack, but the one I received is entirely black. If this is mentioned somewhere in the description, it is not clear or transparent.
Second, there were multiple areas where the paint was chipped or scratched right out of the box.
Third, several components arrived bent, which raises serious concerns about quality control and safety.
Fourth, the instruction manual was completely torn into pieces. I literally had to piece it together before even starting assembly.
Fifth, the overall condition of the product makes it feel like it had been previously used and returned, rather than being brand new.
Sixth, the rack is advertised as 2×2, but the dimensions do not seem to match standard sizing. The included J-hooks do not fit properly with other 2×2 attachments I purchased separately, which makes compatibility a major issue.
Finally, the product listing shows dip bars (or similar attachments), but those were not included. Instead, I received only basic safety bars.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering this is equipment intended for safe strength training.
If the seller sees this review, please contact me. I would appreciate either receiving the missing dip bars or a proper resolution to these issues.
