How To Use:
1. After installing the battery or pressing the POWER button, the LCD screen will display full screen, a beep will sound, and enter the setting mode;
2. Press the SET button to enter height setting, weight setting, age setting, gender setting; during the setting process, you can adjust to the required setting using ▲/▼, where the number of guests and age increase or decrease by 1 unit each, height increases or decreases by 0.5cm, weight increases or decreases by 0.2kg, and switch between genders; long press ▲/▼ for 2 seconds to enter fast tuning mode;
3. After completing the data settings, press START, hold the handle with both hands, and measure the corresponding body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, and BMI value;
4. The test results display the body fat percentage and body type, which can be classified as lean, standard, or ​​ types, and ​ fat and fat;
5. E1 results may be due to dry hands during testing, E2 may be due to not holding the hands well, and E3 is due to the range of the body fat meter testing.
6. If the test is stopped for more than 2 minutes, the system will automatically power off, please press the “POWER” button to restart.
